Permission to Access and Use the LOCUS Assessments In order to maintain the integrity of the content of the LOCUS assessments for classroom use as well as for use in research studies, the project staff will manage access to the assessments to the extent that is reasonable.

Therefore, by agreeing to the terms and conditions below you are granted limited access to the LOCUS assessments. · You will use the assessments only for research and/or classroom instructional purposes for which you have a direct role in the activity and will share with research subjects and/or students only unless you obtain approval for dissemination of results via approval from an Institutional Review Board. · You will not distribute assessments outside the aforementioned venues without first obtaining permission from the principal investigator. This includes electronic as well as paper-based modes of distribution. · Credit lines that acknowledge LOCUS will be included whenever the assessments are used for the allowed purposes above. · No assessments or parts of assessments can be used in publications of any type without first obtaining permission from the principal investigator. · The assessments will not be sold by you to others.
